B. User shall be solely responsible for their own User Generated Content and subsequently consequences as a result of posting or publishing of such materials. You agree that: 1 you own or have the necessary Intellectual property rights, or consents to authorize The AdventureShow.com to use all patent, copyrighted or other proprietary rights in any and all User Generated Content for inclusion and use of the User Generated Content in the manner contemplated by the Terms and Conditions agreement of AdventureShow.com. 2 To the best of your ability you have secured the written consent, and/or permission of each identifiable person in the User Generated Content designated for submission to the AdventureShow.com.
C. By submitting User Generated Content to The AdventureShow.com, you agree that The AdventureShow.com is granted global, non-exclusive, royalty free, and transferable licensed use to, reproduce, distribute, and display User Generated Content in connection with the AdventureShow.com Website and any subsidiary businesses, including but not limited to promoting and redistributing part or all of the AdventureShow.com Website in any media distribution formats indefinitely.
D. You hereby grant every user of the AdventureShow.com Website the non-exclusive right to access your User Generated Content through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, or display your User Generated Content as agreed to under these Terms and Conditions of the AdventureShow.com so long as such content is posted on the Adventureshow.com.

The AdventureShow.com disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Generated Content. The AdventureShow.com agrees that it shall not permit copyright infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website, and The AdventureShow.com shall remove any and all Content if it is deemed that such content violates third party intellectual properly rights and is sufficiently notified.
B. The AdventureShow.com reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice. You agree that by using the AdventureShow.com website you do so at your own risk and discretion and hold harmless the AdventureShow.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, financial institutions, and any other representation on its behalf of any consequences that may arise from such usage. You further agree the AdventureShow.com assumes no liability for the following: 1 accuracy, errors, omissions, or completeness of content on the website, 2 any personal or property damage of any kind that may occur as a result of accessing the AdventureShow.com or any websites linked to the AdventureShow.com, 3 any unauthorized access of personal, and or financial information stored on AdventureShow.com secured servers, 4 any computer viruses, trojan horses, or computer bugs or the like that may be transmitted through the AdventureShow.com by a third party, 5 any User Generated Content, 6 any defamatory, insulting, offensive, illegal activity of any third party and any damages that may arise from such exposure.

The AdventureShow.com is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 14 years of age. If you are under the age of 14, please log off the AdventureShow.com immediately.
You agree that the AdventureShow.com Website and all related operations shall be based in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. All Terms and Conditions of this user agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any claim or dispute between you and The AdventureShow.com that arises in whole or in part from the AdventureShow.com Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of jurisdiction located in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. The Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices published by The AdventureShow.com on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and The AdventureShow.com. Should any provision of this Terms and Conditions user agreement be deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Terms and Conditions user agreement. If any dispute should arise, you have up to 1 year to commence any claim of action in the jurisdiction of Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. If a claim of action does not commence within a period of 1 year from the notification of such dispute, then all rights to cause of action lapse, and no further action can be taken.
